JJC Law is a personal injury law firm in New Orleans, Louisiana, founded on the promise of providing energetic, relentless advocacy for our clients. We assist those who have suffered serious injuries to recover the compensation they need to help them heal physically, emotionally and financially after an accident caused by someone else’s negligence.
At JJC Law, we take pride in devoting the time and resources necessary to achieve the best outcome possible for every case we accept. We do not have 1,000 clients, and we do not take every case that comes our way. If we’ve taken your case, it’s because it meets our strict criteria, and we hope to be able to make a difference in your life.
“We’re not like many of the lawyers you’ve likely come across,” said founding partner Cayce Peterson. “We care about our clients and listen to their needs and concerns through every stage of their case. We truly want to make a difference in our clients’ lives.”

About Jeff Green
Jeff Green is a founding partner at JJC Law. Born in New Orleans, Jeff attended LSU for undergraduate and law school, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and VITA.
After becoming a lawyer in 2006, Jeff spent the first 5 years of his career representing corporate clients at a large defense firm. In 2011, Jeff left the job to follow his calling — to represent those injured due to the negligence of others.
Jeff is known for being a skilled trial lawyer who helps people with serious injuries. His focus is on large cases that require skill, creativity and work ethic to achieve maximum results. He has achieved large verdicts and settlements for his clients, but they regularly note his willingness to listen and work with them toward their goals.
Jeff is A/V rated by Martindale and has been named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars and other publications.
