RACHEL NAQUIN

Attorney

Rachel Naquin focuses her practice on personal injury and medical malpractice law, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. She is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The Louisiana State Bar Association recognized Rachel for her work and contributions to the profession as a recipient of its Top 40 Under 40 award.

Rachel has led both jury and bench trials for personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Her appellate practice includes briefing issues before multiple Louisiana circuit courts of appeal and the Louisiana Supreme Court, and she successfully argued a nuanced prescription issue in a medical malpractice matter before the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal.

Rachel is also a frequent continuing legal education presenter, speaking regularly for the New Orleans Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association for Justice on topics ranging from medical malpractice and insurance coverage to legal technology and cybersecurity.

When she is not advocating for her clients, Rachel believes in the importance of giving back to the New Orleans community. Since 2017, she has been deeply involved with Justice Camp, a civics education program that prepares local high school students for college, careers, and civic engagement. As a proud New Orleans native, she also enjoys watching the Saints take the field every weekend during football season.
