RACHEL NAQUIN

Attorney

Rachel Naquin is a New Orleans native who focuses her practice on personal injury and medical malpractice law. She is a recipient of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Top 40 Under 40 award and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Rachel’s legal career began with significant appellate experience. During law school, she was an active member of Penn State Law’s Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, where she worked on three cases before the Supreme Court of the United States. This foundation in high-stakes appellate work continues to inform her practice today.

Rachel represents clients in personal injury claims and medical malpractice litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

When she is not advocating for her clients, Rachel believes in the importance of giving back to the New Orleans community. Since 2017, she has been deeply involved with Justice Camp, a civics education program that prepares local high school students for college, careers, and civic engagement. As a proud New Orleans native, she also enjoys watching and New Orleans Saints take the field every weekend during football season.
